Growing performance depends on many external factors and cannot be guaranteed by CHILLROAD.

4. Prices
Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.
Prices may be modified at any time before order confirmation.

5. Orders
Any confirmed order implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
The order constitutes an electronic contract in accordance with Article 1127-2 of the French Civil Code.

6. Payment
Accepted payment methods:
• Credit/debit card
• Google Pay & Apple Pay
• Klarna (buy now, pay later)

Payment is due immediately.

7. Availability
If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer is informed immediately and may request:
• a replacement
• a refund within a maximum of 14 days

8. Delivery
Shipping method
CHILLROAD ships all orders from warehouses located within the European Union through its European logistics partners, ensuring fast delivery times and reliable tracking.

• Estimated timeframe: 3 to 7 business days
• Legal maximum: 30 days (Directive 2011/83/EU)

CHILLROAD delivers to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

9. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt.

Returns
Returns are processed according to the instructions provided by CHILLROAD upon the customer's request.
Return processing is handled by CHILLROAD, regardless of where the product was originally shipped from.

Return costs
To be borne by the customer (standard EU legal model).

• Consumables

• Products liable to deteriorate rapidly

10. Legal warranties
Legal conformity warranty (2 years)
Directive (EU) 2019/771, Consumer Code Articles L217-3 et seq.

Warranty against hidden defects
Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code.

Requests may be processed by CHILLROAD or, as applicable, by the relevant suppliers.
These liability exclusions do not apply to statutory warranties.

11. Liability
CHILLROAD accepts no liability in the event of:
• improper use of equipment
• incorrect installation
• indirect damages
• crop-related losses

These liability exclusions do not apply to the statutory warranties of conformity and hidden defects.

12. Force majeure
CHILLROAD cannot be held liable for a contractual breach in the event of force majeure (Article 1218 of the French Civil Code).

13. Personal data
Processing in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016/679).

Data controller : Blanchet Trade Solutions.
Data collected : identity, address, email, phone, IP, order history.
Purposes : order processing, invoicing, delivery, customer service.

15. Intellectual property
All website content is protected by the French Intellectual Property Code.
Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

16. Mediation and disputes
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer may contact a mediator free of charge after a prior written complaint addressed to contact@chillroad.com.

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to “the consumer dispute mediation process”, after contacting us and in the absence of a satisfactory response, you may freely use the consumer mediation procedure with the mediator designated below.
