1) Shipping costs
CHILLROAD is an authorized Mars Hydro and Spider Farmer distributor:
All Mars Hydro and Spider Farmer products ship free of charge, with no minimum order value.

All other products: free shipping on orders of €89 or more. This amount does not include Mars Hydro and Spider Farmer products, which already ship free of charge. Below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of your order.

The shipping cost is clearly displayed during the checkout process, before you confirm anything.

Some bulky products carry a shipping surcharge. Where this applies, the amount is shown on the product page before you add the item to your cart, then repeated on the corresponding line of your cart.

A €1.90 Packaging Contribution is added to every order.

We reserve the right to change the delivery method selected, depending on the weight, volume or fragility of the goods ordered.

2) Processing and dispatch times
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours, on business days.

Delivery times: Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 days depending on the destination, counted from the dispatch of your order. Additional time may apply during busy periods.

Pre-orders: if the product title states “[Pre-order]”, dispatch usually takes place within two weeks, or on the date stated on the product page.

Multiple parcels: your order may reach you in several parcels in order to minimise shipping costs. Each parcel then has its own tracking number.

3) Delivery areas
CHILLROAD delivers to 25 countries:

Mainland France (including Corsica), Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

4) Carriers and tracking

  • Mainland France: Chronopost, GLS, DHL, Redur, Colissimo.
  • European Union: GLS International, DHL International, Redur, local carriers.
  • Heavy or bulky shipments: professional carrier, on a EUR-standard pallet, with a delivery appointment arranged by telephone.

A tracking number is sent to you by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

5) Delivery outside the European Union
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the European Union. This excludes, in particular, the French overseas departments and territories, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Two EU countries are not served: Cyprus and Malta. Andorra, which is not part of the EU, is not served either.

To change an order, contact us immediately. Once the parcel has been dispatched, any change may result in additional costs or delays.
