A LITTLE HELP FOR THE FLOWERS

Phosphorus and potassium become more essential during flowering. The purpose of flowering is reproduction; a large amount of genetic material (DNA) is produced, which goes hand in hand with a high energy requirement. Phosphate is used as a building block.

Potassium is key to the movement of water and nutrients from the roots to the foliage. It also regulates CO2 uptake and has a significant impact on photosynthesis. Starting in the middle of the flowering phase, or when flowering has noticeably slowed down, Hesi Phosphor is applied in combination with Hesi Bloom. Why not earlier? Simply put, it’s not necessary before this point; the PK levels in Hesi Bloom are quite sufficient. Excessive concentrations of P and K would hinder the absorption of essential minerals and could even cause deficiencies.
