Growing performance depends on many external factors and cannot be guaranteed by CHILLROAD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Prices<\/strong>
<\/span>Prices are quoted in euros (\u20ac), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
Shipping costs are displayed before order confirmation.
Prices may be modified at any time before order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Orders<\/strong>
<\/span>Any confirmed order implies unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
The order constitutes an electronic contract in accordance with Article 1127-2 of the French Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Payment<\/strong>

9. Right of withdrawal (14 days)<\/strong>
<\/span>In accordance with Directive 2011\/83\/EU, the customer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Returns<\/strong>
Returns are processed according to the instructions provided by CHILLROAD upon the customer's request.
Return processing is handled by CHILLROAD, regardless of where the product was originally shipped from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Legal warranties<\/strong>
<\/span>Legal conformity warranty (2 years)
<\/strong>Directive (EU) 2019\/771, Consumer Code Articles L217-3 et seq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Warranty against hidden defects
<\/strong>Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requests may be processed by CHILLROAD or, as applicable, by the relevant suppliers.
These liability exclusions do not apply to statutory warranties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Liability<\/strong>
<\/span>CHILLROAD accepts no liability in the event of:
<\/strong>\u2022 improper use of equipment
\u2022 incorrect installation
\u2022 indirect damages
\u2022 crop-related losses<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These liability exclusions do not apply to the statutory warranties of conformity and hidden defects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Force majeure<\/strong>
<\/span>CHILLROAD cannot be held liable for a contractual breach in the event of force majeure (Article 1218 of the French Civil Code).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13. Personal data<\/strong>
<\/span>Processing in accordance with the GDPR (EU 2016\/679).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
